Full Day

In the morning we will go to your hotel to pick you up, where we will go to the train station in the direction of the town of Aguas Calientes.
Here we will take the bus up to Machupichu, our guide will take us through the most important places in the citadel where we can visit and take photos with the guide's explanation, we will be around 3 hours inside the citadel.
In the afternoon we will take the bus down to the town of Aguas Calientes and here the train back to the city of Cusco.

Note; The schedule may change depending on the availability of the chosen train and changes in the schedule

WHAT TO BRING?

  • Mask and face shield to protect against covid 19
  • Original passport (you will not be allowed to enter Machupicchu if you do not have your passport)
  • Your ticket to Machu Picchu / and if going, Waynapicchu / Machupicchu Mountain.
  • Some cash money for souvenirs, lunch at the restaurant, toilet, and for a passport stamp.
  • Camera (bring extra batteries or charging device)
  • Comfortable walking shoes or trekking shoes
  • Box lunch, water in reusable bottles and some snacks.
  • Insect repellent
  • Personal medications
  • Raincoat / poncho
  • Sunscreen and small folding umbrella depending on the weather.

WHAT NOT TO BRING?

  • Tripods are not allowed.
  • Professional cameras are not allowed. Permits for professional cameras are obtained in advance at the Culture office, so we recommend not bringing a professional-looking camera.
  • You cannot come to Machu Picchu with your travel backpack. Only small models. You can leave your larger backpack in your hotel of Aguas Calientes town.
  • Canes are not allowed unless the person needs them (without spikes).
  • Only small folding umbrellas are allowed, so avoid carrying a large umbrella with spikes.

 INCLUDED:

  • Assistance and transfer in Tourist Transport: Cusco - Ollantaytambo station - Cusco.
  • Tourist train ticket (Expedition or Voyager): Ollantaytambo – Machupicchu town - Ollantaytambo.
  • Bus ticket from Aguas Calientes to the Inka city of Machupicchu (up and down).
  • Entrance ticket to the Inka city of Machupicchu.
  • Tour guide (English or Spanish).
  • Guided visit to Machu Picchu (2 hours aprox.).
  • First aid kit during the trip.

 DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Food (could be included when is requested)
  • Entrances to the Waynapicchu mountain or Machupicchu mountain.

(If you want to climb the mountains you must request the 2 days - 1 night tour)

  • Additional Expenses due to weather problems and/or last-minute train cancellation.
